Salads w/Poppyseed Dressing

I love to make salads, and here are two of the most recent ones I have made.
The first is a Chicken, Apple, Gorgonzola salad with poppyseed dressing.  Poppyseed dressing is amazing because it goes well with almost every salad, especially with those that include fruit.

Chicken, Apple, Gorgonzola Salad
I used romaine lettuce, pink lady apples, chicken my dad had made, and crumbled gorgonzola.

Spinach Salad with Strawberries, Pears, and Roasted Almonds
For this salad I used spinach, cut strawberries and pears, roasted almonds, and again poppyseed dressing.
